What does my membership include?
Membership of the Balnarring Picnic Racing Club entitles the holder to:
•    1 x FULL Members Ticket
One member’s pass.
•    1 x Members Guest Ticket
One member’s guest ticket.
•    1 x Members Car Parking
Access to the members car park on race day.
•    An additional member’s guest ticket can be purchased at the time of purchasing a full membership

Does my membership application need to be ratified by the board to join as a new member? 
Yes, new members will have their application approved by the board at the next committee meeting. If your application is declined for any reason, you will receive a full refund. 

How can I pay for a membership?
Memberships can be purchased online with secure payment, or by contacting the club directly and on race day

Are there members’ only facilities that I have access to on race day? 
Yes, Member’s Reserve lawn area, picnic tables, and clubrooms, and toilet facilities.

Can I bring children into the Members’ facilities? 
Children under the age of 18 are permitted into all Members’ areas if accompanied by an adult member. Members are reminded that they are responsible for the behaviour and dress standard of their guests and children at all times.

Is there a dress code in the Members’ facilities?
Neat casual dress including shirt with collar required in member’s reserve at all times. Membership passes must be displayed at all times when in and accessing member only areas.

Who can use a Guest Pass?
Guest passes can be used by any non-member you would like to bring on race day, it does not need to be the same guest each time.
Members Guests are not eligible to enter the Members Draw. 
 
When will I receive my membership pack? 
Membership packs are normally sent 1-3 business days after purchase. 
Your membership pack can also be collected on race day.

What happens if my card is lost or stolen? 
Membership cards can be replaced by contacting the club.

Is there a Members’ car park? 
Membership of the Balnarring Picnic Racing Club entitles the holder to access the Members Carpark on race day.

How long does a membership last? 
The membership season follows the racing season, which is 1 August – 31 July.

If I can’t attend a race day, can a friend or family member use my card? 
No; Membership is not capable of being transferred or transmitted to another person
